What is the right order to watch the series? I really need to know because I don't want to get confused!

El Hazard has two separate continuities.


In order of release, the OVA continuity came first.

So, that's...

The Original 7-episode El Hazard the Magnificent World OVA

The Second 4-episode El Hazard OVA (the Kalia OVA, I call it for short)

The Third 13-episode El Hazard OVA, known as "the Alternate World"


In this chronological order, these 24 episodes make up one continuity.



Then, there's the entirely separate El Hazard: The Wanderers continuity, which I think lasted 26 episodes.


To the best of my knowledge, that's the only El Hazard anime that is out there.
