I guess they never made a ova 2 art book did they?
... I'm ... not quite sure what that is. It looks interesting, although it suggests a couple possibilities of what it is.
It's not an artbook and unless you must own every single scrap of El-Hazard merchandise, it's nto even worth owning. It's book #3 of a a three book set of what could be called "tele-Manga." Basically all they did was cut, crop, and paste a bunch of screen shots from the 1st OVA and added word balloons. Damn, am I being a buzzkill these days?
