My brain hurts. Heck, Japanese is easier for me to read than 1337.
Issen sam-byaku san-juu shichi omedetou gozaimasu, Spanner-san. Let's see........ something about "white tiger congratulations Spanner-san??"  Probably make more sense to me if I heard it spoken aloud. Congrats Spanner!
