Actually, for saving screens it fails pretty badly.  I'm just more out to see if it works on your system.  (The gag in it is only realized by those of us from the Sonic & Knuckles era)

It's really a test of appending data to an executable.

It should be placed in your SYSTEM directory (if on Win9x) or SYSTEM32 directory (if on Windows 2K/XP).  Not tested for NT4, but you really shouldn't be running that anymore
