Sheer luck.  Basically, the ability is to "get lucky" when the need arises.

Wouldn't we all like that power...  ::shot::

Usually for this type of thing I mention the "Weapon Grab" power (duplicating attacks) that Amplitude (a character I use at BnG) has, but in this case that's disqualified because Ifurita has that ability.  Therefore I'd like to go with the ability to sense events of major importance before they happen.
