You can find anime ALL OVER the place, now. Suncoast, Best Buy, Media Play - all of these stores have full-blown anime sections to them, and I'm sure there are many stores that I have not named here that carry a lot of anime as well. Holy crap! I've been in those stores lots of times and never bothered to look for anime because I didn't think they had them. Cool, now all I need is some money...

I was also wondering where you guys buy your anime. I am willing to pay the full price of the anime because I want to support the people who created it (once I get my new job that is....) and I also know that there are lots of pirated copies that turn up when you think your actually getting an official one.
If you have a good website, go ahead and post it, but I would rather get non-internet stuff because of certain things happening in my area, I would rather not attempt to order things online.
I would imagine that the comic/anime/card style of store would for the most part have good copies, but I am just wondering what you guys have to say.

Yeah, Im pretty sure my current game is stuck in a bug. When I look back at it, I think I was all ready to unmask Gallus, but I actually went in with Nanami and Ishiel (instead of Alliele who I named in the first post because I am stupid), and it had the Ishiel Rune fight scene instead... and when i went back again it was stuck on the unmasking gallus scene and would repeat that no matter what else I did.
Ill just start a new game and see how that ends up... I actually really like this style of game, I just got snagged on that bug. Enough people have appeared to achieve multiple endings that it was prolly just a fluke that happened to me.

The extra theme you guys can't place is actually the Hammer Bros battle theme from super mario 3. It sounds very similar to Dr. Mario, I am sure one warped the melody off of the other.

Although I didn't have the chance to vote, it actually turned out damn close to what I would have picked. The top 5 would have been the same, except I prolly would have flopped El Hazard and Tenchi Muyo, because TM was the first REAL anime I watched (after DBZ) and what really got me into the whole genre. Sentimental feelings, ya know.

I had a similar situation where a scene was repeating: in my case it was the one where Ifurita crashes into the palace... Did you start over and try it again, and it worked? I am wondering if these might be caused by having the wrong combination of characters at a given time, and the engine tries to do different things at the same time...

The ring that Miz gives you is meant for you to show Shayla when Jinnai attacks for the second time.
That or you could decide not to tell Miz about your problem with Afura then go see Shayla for another scenario... 
It is? lol, I could have sworn she said its for Afura, am I going insane?  But it does seem like I am stuck in some kind of odd loop with scenes repeating that aren't supposed to... judging from what other people have said in other threads, it seems many have completed the game on many different endings with no apparant bug. Is the game known for having a snag here and there? I would rather not start over so soon...

Hey, I just downloaded the game today, and I seem really stuck.
I had Alielle and Nanami in my party, and I went to the throne room to uncover Gallus. It happened correctly, but every time i go back there it keeps repeating the same "evil gallus" scene.
Also, Miz gave me the ring to show Afura, but nothing happens when I go to Afura, with or without Miz.
Am I doing something wrong, I just seem really lost and confused and nothing new has happened for like 30 minutes as I have marched around with the different character combinations... :-/

I was just wondering, do most anime dubs now that are on DVD have the japanese and english dubs both right on it, and you can just switch between the two? And what do I look for on the box to find out? Yes, this is a random and probably stupid question, but I figure most of you have experience with this. I just want to make sure I do things right.

lol, go for it. The closest I have come to that is when I watched the final 6 epps and all the movies of Neon Genesis right in a row - and it was the first time I saw any of them. I felt really strange for the entire day after that, but I think it was the content of the series, not the actual physical task of watching it.

Hey all,
I was wondering if anybody knew where to find some clips from el hazard in english. I'm not talking about whole pirated epps or anything, I just want to see what the characters sound like in their english dubs. Even a tiny screen low quality something would suffice.
Does anybody know where to find any, or could anybody perhaps make some?

Heh, so the alternate world can be likened to "tenchi in tokyo?" I guess the two series are made by the same company right? More similarities than just the art I guess, the Wanderers looks like it could be the equivelent of the tenchi universe TV series. Nothing can beat the OVAs, but the others can still be worth watching.... hopefully anyways.

Hey all,
With school winding down, I FINALLY found time to start finishing up the epps of el hazard. The mag world 1 is done, and I am halfway through the mag world 2. After that though, which one is next, wanderers or alternate?
From looking at the webpage, am I correct in thinking that the alternate world continues on the original storyline, and wanderers is an "parallel universe" type of thing? I have also heard that many fans of the original mag world do not like the alternate world, this true? Thanks for any input.

Aye, that it (he?) does. I mean, I wish I could grow a second head out of my ribs whenever I get hit by a nuclear bomb! And as for testing his translation abilities, have him open "War and Peace" and start from page one.
