Rune: Makoto... There's something I've been meaning to tell you. You see, I'm actually an ancient android superweapon, doomed to a life of tragedy and angst, but your love has freed me from my torment!

Makoto: *Patiently* Rune, you're not an android. You've just rolled your eyes back.

Rune: *Whimpers* Is it that obvious?

Makoto: Yup, 'fraid so.

Rune: *Anguished* I just wanted to add a bit of originality to our relationship! I mean, LOOK at us! Our romance is so formulaic and boring! *Sobs*

Makoto: *Comforting* There, there, Rune. I know. I know.

Paralyzed with fear, Rune could only watch as the VaccuuMakoto sucked the irises and pupils right out of her eyes and drained all the blood in her head to the middle of her face.  It was all she could do to keep her mouth closed so she wouldn't also lose her teeth, tongue, and lunch.
