They're a collection of 4-panel comics on Tnechi Muyo! and El-Hazard. Funny stuff!

Those are new to me.  I don't know much about Tenchi, unfortunately.  I never quite got into it.

Yes. There was one of those I found similarly done (probably the same person) with Makoto and Rune spinning from the Wanderers opening. I've tried to relocate it many times with no success.

I'm betting there are others out there... pure El-Hazard 4 panels, but couldn't find them again.
