It was five degrees below zero Fahrenheit here, last night. And there isn't much relief in the weather forecast.
So, how cold it it? It's so cold that...
When Makoto and Fujisawa were in the forest, the first "person" that came along was a dolphin-polar-bear.
At the meeting of the Alliance leaders, everyone was complaining that they had to walk twenty miles in the snow to get there.
Makoto and Alielle thought Fujisawa wandered into the Crystal Tunnels again-- but they actually found him covered in ice.
OVA Rune Venus can't stand outside, on her balcony, to gaze sadly into the distance, for more than a minute at a time.
Makoto has been using Ura as an electric blanket.
Everyone is feeling up Shayla, just to keep their hands warm.
Afura is getting sick and tired of calculating the wind chill.
The priestesses went ice-skating at Arliman.
Miz kissed her OVA Lamp of Water, and her lips froze to her ring.
When Kiriya imitated a human form, her face was still blue from the cold.
Ifurita needed a jump-start.
Nanami had a walk-in freezer put in, at her restaurant, so that she would have a place to get warm.
Kalia didn't melt.
Arjah had to step out of Makoto's dimensional transporter for a moment to scrape frost off its glass.
Fatora and Alielle put some clothes on.

It's a refreshing one degree Fahrenheit here in Missouri. On our way back home we had frost inside my car window (first time in awhile that's happened). :|
But anyway... ha ha, those are great. :D My favorite's probably "Ifurita needs a jumpstart"... it's tough to run out of jokes about the superpowered android that has to be wound up. *chuckles*

I made a similiar crack at the Sbarro's I work at. The problem is this fridgid air and there's only one door when it really needs an airlock.

It's 80 degrees here... ... it's always 80 degrees here...
I know you are all gonna kill me, but I really miss snow ;_;
-
Yes, it's 80 degrees here as well. That's pretty damn cold for Arizona. Brrr...

Bah. All of you are a bunch of wussies. We had a 30-below wind chill yesterday. Yeah, I said it. What up. You wanna go? *gestures aggressively!*
*weeps*

It's FSCKING cold here in California! Like below 50! Stop laughing, damn it! It hasn't been that cold here in almost 20 years! Actually, it's like that every other day. On alternating days it warms up a bit and gets slightly humid. For no reason other than it's California. And sometimes, it rains.

I live in the second coldest national capital on Earth (only Mongolia's capital is colder). You do not know winter until you have experienced a winter in Ottawa -_-
A few weeks ago it went down to -50 C with the windchill (about -58 F) consecutively for three days. Its -20 C now (about -5 F).
I'll never understand the Fahrenheit system... ^^;
Will the US ever adopt the metric system? ::) ^_^V

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
We Americans don't adopt whole new units of measurement, just cuz all the other countries do. We're individualists. :P

Let me tell you something Raven, we Americans fought a bloody civil war just so we could keep our right to measure things the right way! No wait a minute....... wasn't that Vietnam? No, that it isn't it either........ hang on a sec.........

C'mon - 32 degrees = freezing point of water, 212 degrees = boiling point of water. What could be more intuitive than that?
(Some people...) ::)

Ah well. Fahrenheit will live forever in at least one nation ;D

I'm sorry, but "Celsius 232.78 by Ray Bradbury" just doesn't have quite the same zing. :)
