Excuse me, but why the 1337 mark? What's so special about that?
Congrats anyway Saucer.

If ya speak l337, ya know what we're referrrin to. l337 is the l337 form of the word Elite.

Umm....whatever that means, it looks cool somehow ;)
The only things I could read out of it were the words 'it's', 'all', 'good', 'trip' and 'Spanner'. Am I right about that??

Let's see........ something about "white tiger congratulations Spanner-san??" ^^; Probably make more sense to me if I heard it spoken aloud.
Congrats Spanner!

"*SHRUGGAGE* It's all good, don't trip!
Spanner hacks your sack!"
Don't ask me, I'm just being random. ^_^;;;

Using my sucky Japanese skills I read the first part as the number (1337) Saucer ^_^;

Yup ;D And I'm not really that fluent yet-- I had to use my Japanese text to double-check the phonetic changes in "issen sam-byaku" (one thousand three hundred).

^_^;;;;
I thought Byaku was white tiger? Oh wait, maybe it's Byako? Suzaku, Seiryu, Genbu, Byako.......???

I'm not certain, but I THINK that Suzaku, Seiryu, Genbu, and Byako are all Chinese gods, aren't they? So they'd be Chinese, rather than Japanese.
Then again, since Kanji uses a similar character set, maybe they'd sound the same in Japanese. But I think the Kanji are pronounced differently...
Agh, I'll just confess that I have no clue. :P

The animal "white tiger" would be shirotora - shiroi (white) + tora (tiger). Unless there's some other name for white tigers. Swans are shirotori, polar bears are shirokuma, etc., etc.

Erm... I'm afraid my "Japanese For Dummies"-type books don't cover Chuugoku no kamitachi (Chinese gods). Or kishin (demon gods), for that matter. Yeah, I'm just showing off now.

Yes they are the four gods of the four directions in chinese mythology and Feng Shui. However, those are their Japanese names. Suzaku; Crimson Phoenix of the South. Seiryu; Azure Dragon of the East. Genbu; Black Tortoise of the North. Byako; White Tiger of the West. And yes, I am getting all this from Fushigi Yuugi (See anime and manga really do teach you new things and even change your life sometimes!). ^_^; I believe there's also sometimes a fifth one, a Gripphon. At least according to the "Boogie Woogie Feng Shui" episode of Cowboy Bebop. Heh heh

See? Everyone starts talking in leet, and I automatically get really confused. I really have to learn something. I really do.
-
Don't feel too bad, Lar. Even I couldn't read that last one. ;D
Uh... I think the first line is
Whoa, leet, dude!
But the second line?
Haisdcolse? ???
-
Naw, I still feel quite bad, I mean, after all, at least you could make some of it out. I need this whole 'leet' alphabet explained to me sometime. Not by El. *glares*
-
There's not even really an alphabet to speak of. There are several variants of 1337 based on who's writing it. Ultimately it's all about replacing characters with similar looks in ASCII and some substitutions like "f" = "ph".
To cheat a little, here's a hax0r generator:

Woah, leety dude!
Hardcore!

Ah, so |2 is supposed to be an "R".
I dunno; seems like a bit more of a stretch than even regular l33t sp33k. ;D
-
The "|2" is what really threw me. Also I thought }{ = H was interesting. Usually |-| = H.
Think of it this way, it's like one of those Magic Eye things were you have to find the hidden pattern. Once you know it's there, you go "Oh, I see it now!"
-
I never get those Magic Eye things...
*Shrug*
Well, I guess l337 changes for every person.
The "|2" is what really threw me.
Did it? Sorry.
