The picture is a legitiment cel from OAV2.

Possibly the happiest Kalia I have seen over the three days of searching for cel pictures, I just added the sun for emphasis.

That is a really good cel. I've looked for Kalia stuff all over the net. And then I found out EHOL had screenshots.  :-[

I'd let Happy Fun Kalia give ME itching, vertigo, dizziness, tingling in extremities, loss of balance or coordination, slurred speech, temporary blindness, profuse sweating, or heart palpitations.
