Paralyzed with fear, Rune could only watch as the VaccuuMakoto sucked the irises and pupils right out of her eyes and drained all the blood in her head to the middle of her face.  It was all she could do to keep her mouth closed so she wouldn't also lose her teeth, tongue, and lunch.
