Thanks for reminding me why I hate them, Saucer.  :P

We can easily note that low resolution caused at least the first two columns to be covered up.

Frames are definitely not friendly in small space situations.  So there's no real good way we can use them.  I'll make it official now -- no frames save for the one I have up top.  That's the only sensible one.  :P

Truth be told, I deliberately undersized my browser window to make a point.  I'm sure it'd look fine maximized on a 1024x768 resolution that I run.  :P
