  This question may be stupid, maybe no one will answer, but... I take my chance !
 This is an image taken from the 1st OAV, in the 2d episode. Makoto as Fatora has just left to Muldoon and Rune is looking at the ship that goes away. Then Galus comes, speaks of their wedding, then look at... this !
Something is obviously broken but what is it ???

He's looking at the hole in the metal fence where Fujisawa had ripped out one of the posts to use as a climbing pick-axe.

Which you see Fujisawa talking about in the next shot.
