Yeah, Rakka is an Egyptian Mao.... I think. Right Morris? ^^;

I don't know what Omae-chan was. One of those flat-faced breeds apparently. They're supposed to be pretty mellow. ^___^

I know all about the "gratitude attack." My cat Cindy used to scratch and cry at my bedroom door for hours until I finally gave up sleep and let her in. Then, after I finally got back to sleep she'd want to be let out again. I was lucky if I only got a wet nose in my eye. I usually got a paw full of claws applied directly to my scalp. Or, if I managed to roll over and ignore her, she would proceed to lumber around in the dark and knock over everything she came in contact with.

I do miss her though. She was with me for almost 20 years. :bawl

To be honest, we're not sure. She's got definite tabby markings up front, but your guess is as good as ours.

She's settling in quite nicely, though. Takes no guff from the other animals and is very loving.
