The picture is a legitiment cel from OAV2.

Possibly the happiest Kalia I have seen over the three days of searching for cel pictures, I just added the sun for emphasis.

That is a really good cel. I've looked for Kalia stuff all over the net. And then I found out EHOL had screenshots.  :-[

Grrr... Kalia, that traitor! How dare she try to blow up the world without permission! Lack of discipline is what's wrong with kids today. They never listen to you, no matter how much you rant and rave. Ugh.
