I've been keepin this idea for so long and I think i should let it show..
I've listened to a lot of music and i found a song that can fit to Ifurita's character and story... Its from Evanescence and it is entitled "Bring Me to Life"
This song describes Ifurita's life before she met Makoto and how she hungers to be with him when she knew that Makoto is the key to her freedom...

I had started listening to this song on the radio at just about the same time as Shayla's Raven mentioned it here in another thread. I ended up buying Evanescence's CD, which I highly recommend. The entire album rocks, though BMTL is still my favorite. For those of you who fondly remember when Queensryche's Operation: Mindcrime album came out, the guitar riffs on the song "Tourniquet" are strangly reminiscent of former Rycher Chris DeGarmo's style.
There is also a BMTL music video produced by a creator named Zeon on the Anime Music Videos site (www.amv.org). I subscribed mostly because of this video. To my mind the timing is a little off in places although I feel it captures much of the drama and longing between Makoto and Ifurita BMTL embodies.
Another suprisingly good El Hazard video I've enjoyed can be found at the Sandrock Productions web site. In just about a completely different musical genre, Sandrock's "And You Look At Me" video (set to the Celene Dion song of the same name) still chokes me up whenever I look at it.
